Quick and easy 5 ingredient scrambled eggs.

  1. Place eggs in a medium bowl and whisk till yolks and whites are thoroughlt combined.
  2. Add milk to bowl and whisk again.
  3. Melt some butter inside the pan and warm the skillet over medium heat
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for a few seconds.
  5. With a rubber spatula, pull across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs.
  6. Continue cooking over medium-low heat, stirring and folding, until most of the eggs are set, with a bit of liquid egg remains.
  7. Remove pan from the heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
