Description
Quick and easy 5 ingredient scrambled eggs.
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Place eggs in a medium bowl and whisk till yolks and whites are thoroughlt combined.
- Add milk to bowl and whisk again.
- Melt some butter inside the pan and warm the skillet over medium heat
- Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for a few seconds.
- With a rubber spatula, pull across the bottom of the pan to form large, soft curds of scrambled eggs.
- Continue cooking over medium-low heat, stirring and folding, until most of the eggs are set, with a bit of liquid egg remains.
- Remove pan from the heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.
